• We accept payment only in USD.

• We will try to answer all the queries within 24-48 hours.

• We ship through FedEx/USPS/UPS whichever convenience for us. We ship through ground shipping.

• Please write to us at info@fehujewel.com after placing an order if you have special instructions.

• Each item will arrive in a high-quality jewelry box along with the jewelry certificate.

• We do not provide any warranty or guaranty on any products.

• Each coupon/promo code is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the email sent to you.

• Coupon/promo code cannot be replaced if emails are deleted by you.

• Coupon/promo code is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash; you can't club more than one promo code at one time.

• Coupon/promo codes are subject to availability. We reserved rights to cancel any coupon/promo code without any prior notice.

• You won't be able to sell, barter or transfer any coupon to any third party because coupon/promo code should be used by the same account.

• When you provide us personal information to complete a transaction, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase we don't sell or misuse such type of personal information to anyone in any form.

• We don't save payment information such as credit/debit card and net banking. Your payment transaction will be encrypted.

• Gift wrap is not available since we provide high-quality jewelry box.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

• If you receive damaged/missing part/broken package, please contact us within 24 hours. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to file a claim.
