Return Policy



Return Policy:

 

• We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

• To return the product first, contact us at info@fehujewel.com with reason and order number.

• We don’t provide any label or pick up service at your location for return.

• Return cost to be paid by the customer.

• Our all products are coming with jewelry tag, in-house diamond jewelry certificate and thank you card; we won't accept return if these accessories missing/removed/broken/tarnished.

• Before returning a product makes sure an item should not be used, tamper or any alteration done on it if so, we won't take the product back.

• Returns are only accepted if an item arrives without damage.

• Refund will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the product.

• Custom & Engraved orders will not return/replace in any circumstances.

• Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
